The Strategy: 6 Core Steps

R – Recognize

I gather insights: floor plan, lifestyle needs, frustrations, preferences, lighting, routines.

“Where do you spend most time? What space feels uncomfortable? What’s the one thing you wish you could change?”

E – Evaluate

I analyze the current layout: traffic flow, zoning, light distribution, clutter points, spatial hierarchy.

I sketch overlays, flow paths, energy leaks. This is where I decode why the space feels wrong.

F – Function First

I redefine the layout around how the space needs to work, not just look.

This includes multi-functional zones, re-prioritizing transitions, and unlocking underused corners.

L – Layout + Look

I propose a reworked floor plan and a visual direction.

Think: new spatial zoning + furniture layout + new 2D Floor plan. It’s the architectural heart with a human vibe.

O – Optimize with Color

I bring in color psychology to support the new purpose of each zone. Each area gets a palette aligned with emotion, energy, and natural light conditions.

I’ll start by sending you a short briefing form to better understand your goals, along with a request for your current floor plan.

FIRST FLOOR
PLAN DRAFT

You’ll receive the first draft of your floor plan, complete with all my notes, suggestions, and detailed explanations.

REVIEW

You’ll be able to go over the plan and share your comments or ideas — I’m here to refine it with you.

FINAL DESIGN

Once we’ve locked in the final layout, I’ll prepare the completed floor plan including all my notes, observations, and recommendations. Please note, however, that it’s not a full set of construction documents.
